Sleeping Tapes Catalog is an independent informational catalog of limited-edition cassette sleep programs. We do not run a payment processor on this domain. We do not embed third-party trackers, advertising pixels, or social-widgets on any page. This policy describes what is collected when you visit the site and what happens when you submit an inquiry.
The catalog uses standard browser storage to remember the contents of your inquiry list while you look around. This list lives only in your browser and is never transmitted from your device to our server. You can clear it at any time using your browser's site-data controls, or by removing items directly from the Inquiry List drawer.

We do not use the inquiry information for marketing lists, advertising platforms, or analytics. We do not enrich the information with data from any third-party source.
No payment is collected, stored, transmitted, or processed on this site. No card-number fields, no payment API calls, no wallet buttons, no bank-transfer fields, no payment SDKs load on any page on this domain. If you accept an offer after our offline follow-up, payment is handled on a payment platform of your choice, by your decision, on that platform's terms — not on this site.
We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your inquiry information with any third party. We do not share it with advertising platforms, data brokers, or analytics providers. The one exception: if you accept an offer, the postal address and the program list are passed to the pressing workshop so the order can be fulfilled.
We keep submitted inquiries on file until you ask for them to be deleted, or until twelve months have passed with no further correspondence, whichever comes first. Free-text notes are reviewed manually before any retention extension; we do not auto-extend by default.
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted at any time. This catalog is an adult-interest catalog. We do not knowingly collect inquiries from anyone under sixteen years of age. If you believe an inquiry has been submitted in the name of a minor, write to us and we will delete the record.
If we change anything material in this policy — what we collect, how long we keep it, who we share it with — we will change the "effective" date at the top and update the in-page text. Minor editorial changes (typo fixes, clarifications) do not require a new effective date.
