How inquiries become shipped cassettes, and what to expect on domestic U.S. timelines, regional restrictions, and address accuracy.
This site is a request-and-inquiry catalog. We do not run a live checkout. When you submit an inquiry, we read it, check availability against the active pressings on the bench, and write back within one business day. If a cassette is in stock we reply with edition numbers, an offline payment arrangement, and a confirmed ship window. If the program is between pressings we tell you when the next run is expected.
Once an inquiry is accepted and any offline payment is complete, domestic U.S. orders are typically dispatched within four to eight business days. A few rare titles are short-run and may take two to three weeks; the follow-up message will say which category your order falls into. Domestic shipping is included in the inquiry-listed price.
We can ship to most countries on a case-by-case basis. International orders carry an additional shipping fee that is quoted in the offline follow-up; the fee depends on destination, weight, and the carrier available to that region. Customs duties, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our quoted ship fee.
Domestic orders are typically sent via USPS or UPS depending on parcel size and tracking preference. International orders ship via USPS International, with required customs forms attached. Tracking numbers reach you by email when the label is generated, generally within one business day of the parcel leaving the bench.
We ship to the address provided in your inquiry reply. Please confirm spelling, postal code, and apartment numbers before accepting the offline arrangement. Once a parcel has been dispatched, address corrections are not always possible; if an address correction is possible there is usually a small carrier fee, which is passed through at cost.
We do not ship to regions where local customs or import regulations make the delivery unreliable. We will write back if your destination region is one we cannot currently serve. Restrictions change infrequently, but we may decline a destination without prior notice if conditions on the ground change.
We do not guarantee a delivery date on any order. Carriers experience weather delays, holiday surges, and customs backlogs that are outside our control. Tracking information is the most reliable way to know where a parcel is on any given day. If a parcel has not moved within ten business days of dispatch, write to us and we will open an inquiry with the carrier on your behalf.
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the parcel and the cassette together before opening the seal, and write to us within seven days of receipt. If tracking marks a parcel as delivered but no parcel was received, write to us within seven days of the marked delivery date. We work with the carrier to locate the parcel or arrange a replacement pressing in the same edition where stock allows.
